1-Managing Production, Planning and timely deliveries.2-Responsible for production output, product quality and timely dispatch.3-Investigate all the issues related to the process and find root cause to avoid in future.4-Schedule maintenance on all machines.5-Ensure cleanliness of plant throughout the process.6-Conduct meetings to discuss weekly/monthly plan (production, and dispatch) with director.7-Monitor wastages (time and material) to make process efficient.8-Make changes in production plan to achieve production targets.9-Responsible to create require BOMs for different job orders and also correctness of BOM.10-Material handling 11-Inventory audit of material in production.12-Minimizing Overtime.13-Conducting both regular and technical trainings.14-Weekly CAR meeting attending with different dept heads to discuss inhouse/on-site issues to find problem and take corrective action against it.15-Design new canopies of gensets as per SAE standards and optimize each design with respect to cost saving.

1- Manage through QC team to ensures that the products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.2- Manage to inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.3- Manage creation and maintaining of all quality documents.4- Direct and conduct 100 audit results, Inspect and tag all incoming raw materials.5- Train and monitor all quality personnel with regards to quality issues and maintain all Training records.6- Conduct different studies and RCA for analysing the problem in product and by doing CPA to counter problem.7- Coordinate with OEMs to implement Engineering changes required in specification of parts.8- Involve QC and other dept teams in improvement activities(Kai-zen) for betterment of products.9- Daily monitoring data and analysis to control internal rejection by implementation of Quality systems and QC tools.10- Assure the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools, jigs and fixtures used in house for production.

1- Manage QC activities during regular production as well as new part development. 2- Develop strategies with Production team for ensuring and maintaining Quality standards for products. 3- Training QC department and implement different quality checks for defect free product. 4- Counseling QC team regarding daily basis quality issues for the betterment of product. 5- Correspondence with OEMs regarding new under development parts as well as Quality issues in line rejection at their Plant.

1- Manage all the testing activities of finish product to ensure defect free customer supply. 2- Evaluate the testing results on daily basis to develop improvement plan if required. 3- Plan and conduct Quality studies to ensure results as per OGPS. 4- Training and evaluation of sub-ordinate and operators for the testing machines operations. 5- Active role in the commissioning of New testing Machines and correspondence with chinese engineer to successfully installation of machines.6- Making SOP, WI, MOP for the machines and working on layout of machines for its operation.7- Carry out Internal Audits to verify Adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001-2015. 8- Address preventive and corrective action related to customer complaints, customer returns and warranty. 9- Prepare Calibration Plan for the testing equipments and tools and guages. 10- Resolve the machines\'s issue with the engineering teams and also correspondence with Chinese engineer if required. 11- Fully participate in development of new products and modification/improvement of existing products. 12- Coordinate with process teams in finding the root cause of defects/complaints.

1- Being Shift Engineer to manage all activities of plant and specially Cold Rolling and Skin Pass Plant. 2- Handling of require resources e.g. manpower and utilities in order to smooth production in overall the shift. 3- Correspondence with the engineering teams to resolve plant issues. 4- Conduct training and awareness sessions related to Quality issues, safety issues and customer complaints for operators. 5- Maintain record and reporting to Manager related to Plant issues and downtime and prepare monthly and daily wise reports of it.6- Monitoring and analyze the QC reports regarding the defects on daily basis to take necessary steps for controlling of it. 7- Monitoring of consumable items and reporting to Manager. 8- Utilize effectively manpower to minimize downtime and increase productivity of Machine.

1- Maintain record of whole plant Production on ERP system on daily and monthly basis. 2- Prepare a commulative daily wise Production Status Report of whole plant and release to Upper Management. 3- Maintain record of Finish Good Product on daily wise and release daily and monthly reports to Upper Management. 4- Prepare a Production Plan from forecasting sale report and release to Production departments. 5- At the end of every month, check and manage inventory of Raw Material, IN Process and Finish Good.
